Goal

To prepare the next gen of professionals within the commercial real estate industry by providing opportunities to grow and leverage an industry network, increase industry knowledge, and provide opportunities for leadership development to promote career growth.

In 2024 BOMA Metro Detroit initiated a new EMERGING PROFESSIONALS Task Force to accomplish the goals of preparing the Commercial Real Estate Industry for the next generation.
