A tour that resembles a TOBY Inspection at The Outstanding Building of the Year! The tour includes the sub-cellar, mechanical spaces, 4th floor smog hog rooms and rooftop mechanical areas on the 14th floor, accompanied by an engineer. After the rooftop tour, a property management team member will lead the groups through the amenity spaces, including a viewing of the beautiful rotunda on the second floor, before concluding on the first floor where light appetizers and drinks available for BOMA members.
